1. We create awareness of options available to children and their guardians when they graduate from high school or middle school.

2. We encourage everyone to exercise and do additional activities to improve children's personality development.
3. We conduct surveys and create data on the region regarding education and career challenges.
4. We assist people by providing leadership services to facilitate additional courses, etc. that can strengthen their preparedness.
5. We recognise the needs of young aspirants in terms of career planning, as career planning has always been a problem for some children and adolescents, particularly young ladies and young ladies from low-income families.
6. Choosing the right profession is much more difficult for understudies of denied networks, as many of them are the first students in their families. It isn't doable for them to get access to costly advising and direction benefits that can assist them with choosing their vocations.
